Marketing/advertising gigs - question.

So I was looking around some gigs to do a commercial for my podcast, in different languages, that I do not speak.

Some of them had for an extra "I'll create a blog post on my website" "I'll mention you on my youtube channel" and so forth.

We all know the whole not communication outside Fiverr, as it is against TOS right?.... If someone is going to mention me on their website, podcast, youtube video, stream, etc.....wouldn't I need to ask for the url? You know, to make sure they mentioned me?

Same as "i'll make a tweet/insta/whatever else about your website, product, etc...".

I do not want to communicate outside Fiverr. But I sort of need to know they 1) did it 2) that they are actually an influencer and not just 25 followers.
