I recently order a logo design from a seller, opting for the basic package which was supposed to include 2 concepts in png, jpg, and vector formats. Please find the attached screenshoot. However, upon requesting the vector file for both concepts, the seller informed me that they can only provide a vector file for one concept. They are now suggesting an additional fee for the vector file of the second concept. 

Shouldn't I receive the source for 2 concepts?
