It's not possible. The only way to change username is to close this account and create a new one. But it's not recommended.

Which ranking do you talk about?

There is no link between username and ranking. Many people, like me, use their name as a username.

Make your image eye-catching, and also check your title use proper keywords.

Your gig 's service description and other content in terms of images etc is very clear, the prices are also very fair , I can say that as there are now 1 million sellers at Fiverr, there could be an initial period of wait and watch where you can improve and micro manage your gig even more, even i am a new seller with out any order but I keep tweaking with my gigs a bit here and there.. 

but as far as speaking from a buyer's perspective, your gig is quite clear and reasonably priced...
