Why is your first thought to cheat the system if possible? Obviously they are restricting you for a reason, why would they allow you to just create a new account? That's not how it works.

Contact cs. My account recently got restricted too, which concerned me because I was confident that I hadn't violated any rules. I reached out to cs and they responded, explaining that this just due to technical issues only, Thankfully, I got access to my account again yesterday.

Patience is the key, my friend.  Talk to CS. hope for the best. Don't repeat the mistake. And above all don't even think of an easy way out(cheating). Sorry for being direct. Don't run face it. Hope things work out well for you. Thanks :)
