These days most of the new seller accounts got rejected by fiverr, some time because your first gig is against the fiverr terms and condition,  so try with new  account

Hi,Here could be the possible reasons:

• Incomplete verification
• More Competition in your category 
• Lack of experience 
• low quality images 
• incomplete profile 
• violation of terms and conditions

Firstly review your existing account & check for violation 

then add your new gig with good quality images and content
