I need help

Hi I got a client but she wants to talk in text like she want to talk about her life and all but all in text here on Fiverr I asked her to do live session but she didn't agree

I just want to know that is it okay that I should consult here in Fiverr messages or it's against Fiverr policy kindly please help me out.

Do you mean she disagrees with you about placing an order and just wants help in chat? If that's the case, why do you even want to waste your time with such buyers who can't get you a sale?

No she said I will pay but I can only talk in text

Do you mean outside the Fiverr platform?

If you are asking about inbox chat, you are good to go and can interact with the client freely. You are just not allowed to share any personal details and communicate outside the Fiverr Platform.
