Can I Use Multiple accounts on single laptop?

Suppose I have a Fiverr account and i sell design services there and now my brother made an account and he is selling web development services there but we both have only one laptop at home. So can we both uses our Fiverr profiles from one laptop. When I login he will log out and when he login i will logout.

If both accounts are selling different services in different categories (like in your case), you are good to go and use multiple accounts on same device. For your convenience, you can use two different browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and login to different accounts on different browsers. This way you will not have to login and logout again and again.

One additional thing you can do is open a support ticket with customer support and tell them that you have multiple accounts this way (just to be safe).
