Gig not show in search result

Hi

On Fiverr, I am a level one seller. I face a problem from two months my gig not show in search result. gig status Active on fiver. I contact with fiverr support team they reply me due to poor performance etc. no bad reviews on my gig. Now impression and click both are zero (0) How can I settle this problem.

and how we suposed improve our perf if our gigs dont show up come on we need a real solution ...
