Good day. I am new in Fiverr and I am trying to creat a gig. I selected the basic package and when I select 5 dollars as a price it say” value must be greater than or equal to 25 dollars “ what does that mean?

It means that the basic package price must be at least 25 USD for the gig you are creating. It's probably a  minimum price for the category your gig is in.

please follow up the fiverr rules and policy. Fiverr updated new per category gigs price. so you have to follow according to Fiverr. I hope it will help you.
