 How do I pay for the Seller Plus program on Fiverr.

Fiverr doesn't currently give the full requirements for it as far as I know. But if you are level 2 or above then you'll probably have a lot higher chance of getting the option to join.

There's Fiverr Pro for buyers which is the new name for Fiverr Business and there's the Fiverr Pro for freelancers which is the Pro Verified sellers that are handpicked by Fiverr. If you mean something else if you clarify your question it could be answered better.
