I have a small query, please help me. Can you please tell me, right now how much time taken fiverr help center customer support for reply any messages? Because I have a raised a message but still not reply customer support. It is already 32 hours over but still fiverr customer support not reply me.. So, in that situation what I do ..?

Hello there, In some cases, you might receive a response within a few hours or a business day, while more complex issues might take longer to resolve. it's better to wait a little while, and their response will come.

Fiverr support team takes 24-48 hours to reply on your Ticket. Sometime it may take more time.

In my case already 72 hours over still I am not receive any reply. In current time, are you sure fiverr customer support reply or not ..??

It has been the same for me; it's been 2 days, but they still haven't given a response yet. Perhaps it depends on the seller's level?

As they are taking too much time then you can knock their FB page. I hope they will response soon.
