Can I use other artist's showreel video on my gig? I saw someone using a famous artist's showreel video on their gig and also completing 10+ orders, I reported many times but nothing happened.

Do you think stealing will get you anywhere? If anything you will end up with a copyright issue and maybe even your account blocked/banned. Just because someone else was not caught that doesn't mean you will be fine..

No you don't need to do that , if someone did bad and not get caught its doesn't mean you are lucky as well . use your stuff even its not much good , customer prefer buyer own portfolio.
