I have received massage to verify your fiverr I'd with government ID documents

But when I have uploaded picture camera not access show error then I have access the camera in setting permission in fiverr app but error not resolve please help me

1] In addition to camera , you will have to give storage permission to the Fiverr App. 

2] Uninstall the app and Install it again with all permissions 

3] Uninstall the app and try it on Google chrome browser. When asked for camera permission, click on allow
