can I withdraw fund to my old payoneer account ? because Another fiverr account was added to my payoneer account. but fiverr account was disabled. disable fiverr account username is: ( adiba_ )

Once your account has been disabled for any violation, you are not permitted to come back and create a new account.

Previously had a Feverr account but disabled.  Now I have made a new account. now i want to withdraw fund, can i use my old payoneer?

If your old payoneer account is still working then yes you can use it. If you have any doubts then you can directly contact to Fiverr support team
