Order Completed but Amount is still Pending

I have completed an order of new buyer she is very new actually and doesn't know how to place an order, She without contacting me placed the order it doesn't matter, I have managed it and complete the order but the amount is still pending and not available for withdrawal. Please guide. Thanks

It takes 14 days for the payments to clear and reflect in your Fiverr wallet ready for withdrawal. If you have a Seller Plus membership, it takes 7 days.

It will be cleared after 14 days. Check your Earnings Page on Fiverr, your amount would be reflecting there.

Sir, it's showing previous balance. No change.

Since it takes 14 days to clear, your available balance won't increase until 14 days after the order is compete.
