Seeking Advice: Strategies to Improve the Visibility and Ranking of My Revived Gigs

muhammadhari598

Question

Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I find myself in a situation where I'm seeking your expert insights and suggestions to address a challenge I've encountered on the platform.

After a year-long hiatus, I recently reactivated some of my older gigs. Unfortunately, despite their past performance, they are currently experiencing minimal visibility with no impressions to speak of. Alongside this, I also introduced a new gig two days ago, and despite meticulously crafting a compelling title, description, and visuals, it has yet to receive any impressions within the first 24 hours.

I am committed to providing top-notch services and have strived to optimize my gig content. However, it seems I am missing out on something crucial when it comes to gaining traction in the search results and attracting potential buyers.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer. If you've successfully revitalized old gigs or have strategies to boost the visibility of new ones, please share your experiences and insights. Your wisdom will not only assist me but could also benefit fellow sellers who may be facing similar challenges.

Thank you in advance for your time and valuable input. I'm excited to learn from your expertise and take steps toward enhancing the performance of my gigs.

Best regards,

[ muhammadhari598]

First of all, welcome back to Fiverr! It's great to see you seeking advice from the community. I understand the frustration you're facing with your gigs not getting the visibility they deserve, especially after putting in the effort to optimize them.

Here are a few suggestions that might help you boost the visibility of your gigs:

1. Optimize your gig titles and tags even more:  Make sure your gig titles and tags are relevant and include keywords that potential buyers might search for. This will help your gigs appear in relevant search results.

  • Tip 1: Boost your search engine optimization by searching for your gig title in Incognito Mode on fiverr.com. Take note of the search terms that appear under the search bar, as these are likely the terms potential clients are using to find your services.
  • Tip 2: Analyze the top gigs in your niche by examining the profiles of those who are listed on the first page. Look for key elements that make their profile stand out, and integrate these strategies into your own gig to increase your chances of being listed at the top of the search results.
  • Tip 3: Use high-quality images and videos to showcase your work. Visuals play a crucial role in attracting potential clients and making your gig stand out. Invest time in creating professional and eye-catching images or videos that accurately represent your services. Use high-resolution images that clearly display your work and highlight its unique features.

2. Update your gig descriptions: Take some time to review and update your gig descriptions. Make sure they are clear, concise, and highlight the unique value you offer. Start with a hook and end with a CTA.

3. Offer competitive pricing: Pricing plays a significant role in attracting buyers. Research your competitors' pricing and consider adjusting yours accordingly. Offering competitive rates can help you stand out and attract more potential buyers.

4. Promote your gigs outside of Fiverr: Utilize social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, to showcase your work and drive traffic to your gigs. Engage with relevant communities and share your expertise to establish yourself as an authority in your niche.

5. Leverage ALL Fiverr's tools: Fiverr offers various tools, such as Gig Extras, Fiverr Promoted Gigs, and many more that can help increase your gig's visibility. Consider utilizing all the available tools they provide to give your gigs an extra boost.

Remember, building a successful gig takes time and effort. Stay patient, consistent, and keep refining your gigs based on the feedback you receive. I'm confident that with your dedication and the support of the Fiverr community, you'll be able to enhance the performance of your gigs.

Best of luck!
Mark
