I am not creating gig on my account/ create gig option are not showing

I have a account on fiverr and that was created few months ago. But after creating my account i was published a gig and that is denied. Now i want to create new gig on this account. But i saw this account not showing new gig create option. Can you help me for solve this problem?

If you want to publish a fiver gig, you have to pass fiver test token first, otherwise 3 months means 90 days from fiver, you will not be able to publish the gig, then no revenue will come, you understand my point.
