What is your opinion about partial payment?

I don't think it's fair. Fiverr holds funds as a middleman, meaning the client can get money back if there is a dispute. A partial payment just puts too much power in the buyer's hand - and can result in the buyer holding the seller ransom for their work.

We get all types of buyers. In tricky situations, sellers can offer a partial refund to buyers for work they have completed instead of order cancellation or bad review. 

In all situations,right communication is the key.

In my opinion, Fiverr is a mediator is best option.
