Fiverr Gig Video is not showing up....need little help please!

Hello, 
Hope everyone is doing great. I'm facing a big issue with my profile. My Gig video thumbnail is there but when someone click on it and open my gig then my video/images are not there are only the name along with description is visible. The whole section of images & videos is missing. Due to this I facing severe problems as I depend upon fiverr a lot. 
I would love if anyone can help or facing the same problem. The screenshot is attracted to get better idea.

Recently, Fiverr updated the look of gigs in certain categories like SEO and marketing, where it doesn't make sense to show images. How would you describe your SEO services in the thumbnail? Anyway, people were just using stock photos from the internet and that don't give any idea of the seller's portfolio/work.

I am personally not a big fan of the new look as everything looks cluttered full of text and the 'gig description' is almost hidden under the 'read more' button which is completely unreadable in such a cluttered page. But it is like that and nothing can be done.
