Fiverr "Seller Plus" Metrics seems confusing?

I was just checking the inbox of one of my clients and just got an eye on this seller plus Metrics where he has an "Average order price* " under $35. and he just completed one order and that was with me of $1200. How can this be under 35$ then. ??? I don't get it. 😕

Maybe most of his orders are under $35. Just because he spent $1200 once that doesn't mean it's his usual expense.

My average spend is $20. If I spent $1200 on an order right now, my average would become $24. I've only been here since Nov 2020 and have had long lulls. It wouldn't surprise me if there are early adopter buyers out there with way more orders than me and the needle is even harder to move.

There's a small caption right under it: "Based on activity of similar buyers."

Another great feature is useless now.

No, he just completed one order all time. No other orders.

Average means ALL his orders, not just the orders he has with you. Every purchase he made on Fiverr.

Does Seller Plus show how many orders they've done? Or are you going by reviews on their profile?
