Reviews are permanent and can't be removed. So you are stuck with the review forever. I have old reviews like that, even older than yours and it's still there, it will always be there. You could have replied to the review then, to say your part of the story. Now I am affraid it's too late and nothing else you can do.

Case 1. Why did you accept the order in the first place? If you "refused" to work on his order, did you submit a blank delivery? Buyers can submit a review only if the delivery has been made.

Case 2. Or did you agree to his terms and continue working on the order? If you felt it was not a fair deal for you, you should have mutually canceled it after discussing with the buyer. When you start working on someone's orders, there's no excuse like "I did it on a cheaper price" and you have to deliver amazing results & an exceptional service regardless of the order amount.

In both the cases, the situation could have been handled better on your part to avoid these complications.

The short answer is NO. If the bad review is from a buyer who was unhappy with your work. try to make things right. you can contact the buyer and offer a revision, a refund, or an apology. Sometimes, buyers are willing to change their reviews if you show them that you care about their satisfaction.

Once your client give a review it will impossible to remove, even if your client also want to modified this review he will be also unable to change. But after the project completion If your client forget to give any feedback then he can review even after ten years. There is nothing to do, you have to manage your business with keep this in mind.

Brother, if you have many positive reviews and only one negative review, clients will likely overlook the negative one. Don't worry and work on improving in the future.

Actually if I was a buyer, the first thing I would look for is any negative review. I want to know what the seller did wrong with some of their clients, so I can understand risks. Sure, pricing matters here, but don't expect people to move past bad reviews, most of the time those are the things they look for.
