Help! I'm having trouble getting the info for my seller to complete the job I want them to do.

I have initiated a job with a seller. However, I didn't know exactly what they needed at the time - they told me what was needed but I am having trouble getting in touch with the company that supplies that information. I have had to ask the seller to extend the delivery time, which they have done once. However, I still can't get in touch with them and now the seller is worried that this will affect their account. They want to 'deliver' the job and assure me that they will do it once I can get the info for them. I don't want to do that as this requires more trust than I have in someone that I don't know. Can anyone suggest the best thing to do? I don't have a lot of experience on this just yet! TIA.

It's against the Fiverr ToS to deliver an incomplete order. Just extended the delivery time again. The Seller's concern is unfounded.
