Hello, dear community!

I started an order with a new client for 9 app screen app design with Flutter.

After 20 hours client requested me to cancel the order cz he mistakenly ordered from his personal account.

Now he wants to start from the company account. I send a message to support waiting for a response, what should do now?

Any suggestions, please?

1. Let him cancel and rebook, then deliver the order.

2. Report him for having 2 accounts.

3. Let him rebook, complete order, then report him for having 2 accounts.

- But my concern is, does Fiverr allow this cancelation? 
- As my client say that he will apologize for the for issue to fiverr so, is Fiverr keep same my order completion rate or will they deduct my rating?

Actually, my concern is my reputation, success ratings and review.

If he contacts CS and says he wants to order from his second account, they will terminate both of his accounts.

He said that, he'll start with this company account!

I think Fiverr will not allow this as well
