0 va328219 Posted August 10, 2023 Posted August 10, 2023 Yes, you can definitely reach out to your previous buyers to let them know about your situation and your new gig. 14 1
0 mehedipro Posted August 10, 2023 Posted August 10, 2023 You can talk to Fiverr support then, and they will provide you with the best solution! 13 1
0 katakatica Posted August 10, 2023 Posted August 10, 2023 I'd refrain from it. As a buyer, I'm not huge on people who I worked with (or didn't) sending me messages, mostly because it can get excessive very quickly. The official standing is 'no spam', which, well... messages like that can get spammy very quickly. You can definitely double-check with CS, but I'm quite certain they might say no. (I'm curious as to what they might say, actually, too.) 10 2
0 vickieito Posted August 10, 2023 Posted August 10, 2023 (edited) Hi @sssss_baig, I agree with @katakatica to not contact your buyers at all unless you have an open order. Fiverr's ToS tells you not to contact your buyers for anything which is not directly related to their Gigs (if contacting a seller) or orders (both sellers and buyers): Quote Since your buyers don't have open orders with you, your messages could be considered as spam (and marked that way by the buyer).
