Will my gig lose ranking? Canceled the cancellation request of buyer

Buyer asked the Fiverr resolution center to cancel the order, but, I didn't work perfectly and I talked to customer service, therefore they understood my problem. I canceled the cancellation request of the buyer. so will it affect my gig ranking?

Did you deliver this order yet? And how did the buyer respond after you rejected their cancelation request?

It would be helpful to know more about what happened.

If the buyer want to cancel, the buyer will contact with customer support team and even if the order get completed the order can be cancelled by the Fiverr team, if buyer raise the cancellation request yo the support team.

I cancel the cancellation request of buyer and talked to the customer support and the agent told me to negotiate with the buyer, but the buyer didn't respond to me, so the order was marked as completed.

If the buyer leaves a negative private review, it can affect your account for 6 months or longer.
