He said I should complete the order so that he can agree on refund.He is writting: ""your refund will be added aug 13 thnxxx alot … anytym tell me if i can do anything for you thnxxxx alot sir please keep updates for me"Is that correct? When you mark it as complete (that mean you accept whatever he sends to you and then rate him and leave feedback), you’re finishing the last step to give him money.To refund your money, you two should have gone through a mutual cancellation. Either you or him have to send a cancellation, and the other would click “agree”.I haven’t tried this as a buyer so I don’t know how it is, but as far as I know, the money should be in your account immediately.
