Seller account approval

Hi Family, please can someone help me with what else I can do for my seller account to be approved? I have tried on several occasions, but keep receiving this email:

I think I filled all the requirments I found on my dash board to the best of my knowledge. I am just wondering if it's my videos that are bringing the disapproval?

Have you replicated your profile or gig text from another seller? This violates Fiverr's Terms of Service. 🤔🤔❓

Not really, I have used but the information from my other freelance profile on another freelancing site. I will try creating another one today, and see.
