What is paid video consultation in the context of web development in Fiverr?

Hi, I am a seller in Fiverr and have been providing web development and server configuration service. I am kind of confused about this new feature of Fiverr. What kind of tasks covers as part of this video consultation service for my sector?

Before I do the actual work, I normally do a lot of back and forth with the client over Fiverr messages. Once all set, I send the order offer and do the actual work. is any of the part I am doing will become video consultation service or it's going to cover something new? Some simple explanation will help. This consultation part always confused me before.
