You can link it, but it's not recommended. It's good to have your own Payoneer account (The same name as your Fiverr account). This will save you from alot of issues and hurdles in the future.

One Payoneer account cannot be used in 2 Fiverr's accounts as both accounts will be disabled. So avoid it. Better to create a Payoneer account on your own name.

It's better adding your own payoneer account. Otherwise. you'll get a penalty.

You should create your own Payoneer account and you can linked it with your Fiverr account. Follow the Fiverr TOS.
