The same problem also my account.

I contacted Fiverr support and here is what they say

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out about your Gig,

Gigs on Fiverr shift their position daily and we cannot guarantee search positions and impressions.

Gigs may also be removed from our Search feature due to poor performance.

You can continue working with your existing buyers.

We are here if you have additional questions.

Best regards,
The Fiverr Support Team

I wonder if you have received any queries against those impressions?

No, I didn't

See, whatever Fiverr's support responded to you above is technically true and I have been dealing with it for over a decade now.

My advice to you is:

  • Encash whatever query you get even once in a while.
  • Offer a discount even if you aren't making any money out of it.
  • Sweeten the deal as much as you can but ensure to be professional and don't sound like you are begging for it.
  • Get the order done as fast as you can.

Based on my experience this is the key to it.. stick to it and you'll see the difference.

We don't even have clients to do that! Personally, I have more than 200 good reviews with a score of 4.9 stars and have nothing 2 months now even if i subscribed to seller plus. Impressions got a little bit high but no order even if I made the changes.
