You have to wait for 2 to 3 months or even 6 months. It will be back to normal.

Basically Fiverr algorithm is trying to signal to you that your Buyer Satisfaction Rate/Score is low and you've to do something about it.

take some orders your previous buyer with best feedback. don't change anything on your gigs. and wait.
