Is It Normal for Fiverr to Take Over a Month to Process Your Video?

I am curious if anybody else has had this experience. Does it normally take over a month for Fiverr to process your gig's video? I had expected 48 hours, over a month ago. It continues to say, however "Video Processing" when I check on it.

no no it does not take time as you mentioned may be your gig video does not match with the fiverr TOS

No no, this takes a few hours

Thanks for the replies. I probably did something wrong. Thought I was sticking to the guidelines, but maybe I wasn't. Will try again.

Yes, read the fiverr TOS and try to make a video that don't break the TOS. I hope this time you video takes hours not a month to approve.

No they take for maximum 24hrs.
