Can I recover from this? I had to cancel 10 orders last month because I had some personal problems

Of course you can. Fiverr just tracks the last 2 months here. So if you deliver everything you can and avoid cancellations, you should recover. The downside is that you will also lose your level in the meantime due to these stats.

I would recommend you pause your gigs if you encounter personal issues.
