Suddenly my promoted gig stopped and after that from past 10 days my gigs are active but not shown on fiverr search result.

Hi,

I become a Level 1 seller in 2 months and now I am close to a Level 2 seller, during this one of my gigs is promotable I promoted that and on 18th July it shows unqualified and stopped after that all of my gigs lost appearing in search results. I didn't get any satisfactory answer from customer support, if this happened to anyone kindly tell me what should I do.

Hi,

I posted this some days ago and now I am really fed up with the behavior of Fiverr support, Upwork is way better in support. It's more than 15 days and my gigs are not visible with out any reason and now my work is completely destructed.

One of the most important reason is BSR. If your BSR is not up to the standard metric, promoted gig features wont't be able.

@abdheshkjha Thanks for your response, I have taken care of everything if you see my profile is up to date everything is 100% and all reviews are 5 stars. But, I didn't understood what was going wrong.
