Gigs Disappear From Search Results

My Gig suddenly disappears from the search results on 4th July which is previously ranked at the top of the First page on the relevant keywords. I have not done any Community Violation or do not receive any warning from Fiverr, What I remember a day before this happens a Client refunded his order through Customer Support, First he did not message me before placing the order when I delivered he accepted the Delivery and after that, he said this is not according to my requirements he did not even send me the requirement in the order, then he go to Fiverr and Fiverr refund the order without asking anything from my side. From the next day gig Disappear from the search results and the issue is the other gigs I have on my profile also Disappear, Does Fiverr sideline my profile? But gigs are active and getting 20 to 30 impressions a day and when I check in search buy using relevant filters or keywords gigs does not show, Due to this the new potential Customers are not able to reach me. Will the gigs be back in the search results soon or not? it's been more than 20 days now.  Thanks

Well, your order cancellations plus within 2 weeks, you have received one 4.7* and one 4.3* ratings have led you to this situation now. With those reviews, buyers might have given you negative private feedback. Hence, your buyer satisfaction rate (BSR) and performance scores dropped. Because of these parameters, Fiverr has pushed your gigs back to the search results that's why you are not getting too much impressions, clicks or orders. It will take some time to get your gigs back on the search results (may be 90-180 days). If you continue delivering good services then you might get back on track soon. Good Luck
