1. Optimize your gigs and choose the right gig title. Your gig title and description are very important for catching potential buyers.
2. Always offer services you are really good at. For example, if you're a full-stack developer, offer gigs like front-end development, design customizations, bugs fixing etc.
3. Always offer competitive pricing. As a newcomer, offer a better price to attract clients. Once your profile grows, you can increase the price.
4. Keywords also play an important role. Make sure you have done proper research before writing your gigs description and tags.
5. Always try to stand out from the rest. Give quality work and try to be polite and cooperative with clients.
6. Always respond promptly. Whenever you receive any queries from your clients, read it thoroughly and then respond. If they ask for opinions, do suggest them. This will help you in increasing your chances of getting an order.

Hope this helps.

You are trying to break into a very competitive niche - SEO.

The keywords you're trying to target are very broad, in my opinion. SEO, backlinks, guest post...

I would suggest trying some long-tail keywords instead. Maybe you can focus on a specific industry, like "fashion guest post".

I Spend a lot of time In Fiverr

Success depends on how you are spending your time here on Fiverr. Are you sitting idle and refreshing your blank dashboard with 0 orders because someone told you that being active will get you orders, or are you spending time researching top keywords, checking your competitors' gigs, and building your knowledge that adds any value and help you improve your gigs?

Why is My Gig Not Going To Rank?

Your gigs won't rank well if you use repetitive images in each gig (gig gallery). You have 4 years of experience then why have not you added some of your work there (gig gallery)?

You are a "High Expert in SEO Guest Posting With".. What does it means? Elaborate..

Also if you are really a SEO Expert then use your expertise to get the order. You can do it. Right?

Your gig is your first impression to potential buyers, so make sure it's well-written, informative, and professional. Use high-quality images or videos to showcase your work, and be sure to include all the details that buyers need to know, such as your turnaround time, pricing, and what you offer.
