Fiverr A/c disabled without violation of rules

Hi Guys, 

 

I have a concern, hopefully someone can help. I created a fiverr account and purchased a sellers gig for 45dollar. The amount was deducted from my card, and i received a confirmation email from fiverr as well. However, after 2 minutes, i received an email of my account being disabled and the order being canceled. I have tried to email the customer support several times but they have not responded with any response yet. I need to know how can i get my money or get the account active?

Have you read the Terms of Service, the Payment Policy, and the Community Standards to try to find what the ban might have been based on?

Hey, are you sure that your account is disabled? I was able to view your marketplace profile without any issues, that wouldn't be the case if your account is banned. Do you maybe have more than one account?

There might be an issue with your card. Did you use your card or PayPal?

Fiverr has strict guidelines and policies that sellers and buyers must follow. If someone violates these terms, their account may be disabled.

Any form of fraudulent activity, such as fake reviews, payment scams, or misleading information, can result in account suspension.

You should read Violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service very carefuly.
