How I get back Gig Promoted option?

My gig has been unqualified for the past 5 months. In the meantime, I have completed many orders, but then I did not get the option back for the gig promotion. If Fiverr supports a contract, they say gig marketing But it didn't help either. Someone help me how to get back to the gig promote?
