Early Payout feature Seller Premium Plus

Hello, its been a long time since I last posted on here 🙂

I have some doubts regarding the Early Payout, I first experienced it 2 months ago once I become a Seller Premium Plus.

I was using the feature until last month I wasn't able to use it and contacted customer support which explained to me that some users will have and some won't ( even though its featured in Seller Plus Benefits). After few days the feature was available and I used it for some of the orders and I thought its back, but the next day the feature is not available anymore.

Anyone else had this problem? What do I need to do, to be eligible to use this feature? I am not a newbie, I have over 1000 completed orders on the platform.

I fully understand this.

I have a friend who is not Seller Plus and has this feature.
I am a seller plus and this feature is in the benefits of being seller plus, I was wondering what I  am doing wrong to have it one day and the other one to not have it?

Hi @videolabs - I am a Seller Plus member and I had the same experience - I had it, then it disappeared for two weeks, then I got it again early this week, and now I  no longer have it again. According to the Success Managers on the forum, this feature is currently undergoing updates that can possibly go into August. During this time, our eligibility to have this feature can change on a daily basis.

@vickieito, thank you for sharing the experience.
I really picked the Premium seller Plus, mostly because of this feature. Not getting the most of it, I see no point buying the Premium package.

I hope they fix it asap.
