Reason for increasing average response time

I have no orders for last 3 month ,no client message also but response time is automatically showing 3 hours,What could be the reason please anyone lets me know😢

Here is the spam messages on the screenshot. You can check all messages by the category. If there haven't any messages, talk to the support to this issue.

try it,but few days ago battery optimization type problem occurred,that time I could not able to get any notifications,some clients knocked me but unfortunately I missed.
