I'm super new to this so I don't know if this is allowed. The customer wants me to go on upwork to hire a developer. They want me to compensate the freelancer through my upwork client account and they're saying that they'll transfer enough funds in advance. What do I do next? Do I create an offer. I don't really offer anything like this in any of my gigs so I'm a little stumped.
