Where is the promotional credit?

a few weks ago I received a promotional email saying that if I spent (I think it was) $40, I would get a $10 bonus.



I spent the money, but where is the credit?

There should be verbiage that says, “you must redeem it by…” It could take 2 wks after you spent the required amount.

In previous promotions, your account was credited with amount you earned based on your purchases two weeks after the date of the promotion/purchases.
