I am unable to reset my security question

Hi, Guys

I forgot my security question and I contacted support to reset my question, they ask my last 4 digit of phone and list of possible answers, I provided the last 4 digits which are correct, but I am unable to guess my security question they are asking again and again to provide the answer of security questions which I don't remember. I got stuck here If I remember my security answer why I will open ticket. 

Can anybody assist or tag fiverr customer support member so my issue get resolved, I am really tense because of this situation
