How to get Fiverr Briefs, Does it really Work?

Hey Fiverr experts, It's been a long time since I'm on Fiverr but I couldn't get any briefs. Have you guys all had the same issue or only im the person who struggling?

Don't focus on the briefs, try to focus on your gigs. I get about 6 briefs a day, almost all of them are spam/scam (at least the ones I get) and I've never converted anyone from the briefs.... so if i should tell my experience, brief doesn't work for me.

I have not seen the face of a Brief yet. What is it like, how to place, how to start, etc.?
