Cannot take snapshot of ID due to error from app

I made my first sale on Fiverr, and days later I was asked to verify my account within 10 days or else it will be inactive.

I have tried severally to verify by taking a snap shot of my ID, but to no avail. It keeps telling me there is no permission to my camera. Meanwhile I have checked through all the app settings to grant access to camera, but it doesn't show up. in the phone settings and camera settings...

What do I do?.

I have only 1 day from the 10 days given. Please someone help me. I have contacted Fiverr help desk, but no reply as well. Please I need assistance.

Try clearing the app data and cache, or re-installing the app. This will prompt the app to ask for permission again. If that doesn't resolve the issue, consider using a different device.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It is still saying same thing. I have tried using another phone to access it as well...

I tried using a system, it redirected me to the phone again..

Please, any other remedies will be appreciated. Thank you
