Yes, I believe they have 14 days to claim a refund, in some cases exceptions are made, so yes, in that sense a buyer may claim a refund even after 14 days have passed.

The thing is, you may want to focus on ensuring the buyer is happy with their work. Improve your skills if needed. Of course buyers can choose to cancel, if the work is very low quality.. they need to have some sort of protection.

One can be the finest seller on Fiverr with stunning work....and you still get nutball buyers who make up ridiculous claims, play the system, and treat sellers like they are returning a cheap pair of underwear at Walmart.

fiverr can cancel whenever they want, even after 2 months of completion

it can be of two reasons:
- buyer opened dispute saying delivery was incomplete and fiverr verified

or

- charge back by bank

 

note that even you withdrawn, fiverr cuts from your upcoming earnings in cancelled order

That's correct. It used to be you could contact customer service and attach the work you did. They would credit the money back to your account. But lately it seems "the customer is always right" and it's hard to get much of a response. Goodbye money.

I stand corrected. In the above issue, CS returned after a few days and credited the money back to my account. Professionalism and fairness are alive and well at Fiverr.

Yes of course you can if you go outside some of the rules of fiber then your order can be cancelled
