BRIEF MATCHES

Previously, I used to receive numerous brief matches for my logo gig on the platform. However, for the past four days, I haven't received any brief matches. I received a notification stating, "Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now. We'll notify you as soon as this changes." I'm concerned that I may have unintentionally done something wrong, which has diminished my account value. I design logos for people on the platform and always strive to fully satisfy my customers' needs. I have only had one order cancellation so far, and all of my stats are between 9 and 10.

I have successfully completed eight orders from the brief matches, and I am grateful to have received tips from two buyers. My ratings include six five-star ratings, one four-star rating, and one 4.5-star rating.

Tomorrow, I will become a First level seller. Do you think this promotion will lead to an increase in the number of brief matches being sent my way?

6 5-star rating my friend out of 8 orders is less(25% of clients are not satisfied). As per Fiverr, we should work for 5-star ratings in all the orders. This I think is the reason why you getting less brief and your promotion has been suspended for some time. Also after we get 8 5-star ratings in 8 orders the most important is the private feedback which is not disclosed to us as a seller. So quality is more important than quantity. One or two 5-star ratings(Satisfied Client) and you will be back on track. Thanks

In total, I have received 19 reviews, with only two of them being 4 stars. I have realized that I need to consistently put in extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I am optimistic and hopeful for the future, and I plan to launch more gigs soon as I become more acquainted with the platform.
