celticmoon
No, I actually withdrew my funds yesterday without any problem getting the email. Did you check the Junk Mail file of your email account to be sure Fiverr’s email wasn’t screened out?

froodle
In addition to this, they are asking me to prove with my passport details and driving license that it is me who is asking for my own account to withdraw money to my paypal email.Did anyone else had the same request? mgjohn78
Reply to @froodle:There have been a few posts lately of scammers getting peoples passwords and withdrawing their money to their own accounts. This is most likely they are extra cautious and ask for identity proof.I dont have a solution for you other than adding fiverrs withdrawal email to your emails contact list in your paypal email, this will ensure that they mails reach you in the future
