Buyer wants to cancel the order right after first delivery.

I am doing an icon design project with one buyer. I sent him the first delivery and he said "he wants to cancel the order mentioning that i am not the only designer who don't produce the desired results." i requested him that i would update the design as he wants. and sent him new icons pack exactly as he described. but still, he put the order in cancelation saying that he doesn't like the design. what are these people. ?? sometimes it is so frustrating that as a seller we can't even leave a review about their nonprofessional behavior.
