How can we block buyer?

hi , i am working with a buyer..he said do some work for me after that we will proceed our order.. After 3 days he was satisfiedand happy and said send me custom offer...suddenly he stopped answering me And today he response me and saying Don't comment on my facebook profile. i will report your fiverr... 

And i am shocked why i will message  , how can i do  , i knw its against the fiverr TOS. How can i know what is his profile.?? What should i do ?

What you did is wrong! Never agree to work without the customer having placed the order first! Do not continue to send him messages as he too will be able to report your messages as a spam.
